1) Take 50g of protein oats.

2) Mix with 250ml of skimmed milk.

3) Cook for 3 minutes while stirring on gas stove.

2) Later add the remaining amount of milk and crush it until uniform.

3) Enjoy it as a delicious protein thick shake.
